Our corporate leadership approach is customized to meet the needs of each corporation whether a large or small group, or individual leaders.
We give primary attention to leaders' self-understanding and secondary attention to leadership competencies.
Church
Our church leadership approach is rooted in a biblical Orthodox Christian perspective that views all church leaders from a Kingdom perspective. This means that church leaders are servants of the Lord and stewards of the King.
Individuals
Our approach to working with individuals falls under coaching and mentoring. Our primary objective in coaching is to provide support for leaders through intrtactive dialogue. Our primary objective in mentoring is to model behaviors that facilitate leadership.

Seminars
All of our presentations are designed specifcally to meet the client needs. This points to a thorough first step in which we seek clarification about the issues and the desired outcomes where applicable.
Typically, we gather data, review it, address anything that may be unclear, prepare a presentation with specific objectives in mind, facilitate a Q & A session, take a learning evaluation, and meet with the client to determine the next steps.
Our seminars, including the Q & A are approximately 90 minutes in length.
Workshops
Our workshops are 1 full day or 8 hours, 2 full days or 16 hours, 3 full days or 24 hours. The time allotted to seminars and activites are determined on the basis of need.
Coaching/Mentoring
Coaching is contracted per numbr of sessions. There is a two 50 minute session minimum per individual.
